Price guarantee – we advertise on other sites but always guarantee that booking direct will be the cheapest way to stay with us!

We’re currently accepting only longer term stays at Smugglers Loft – a minimum of 28 days.  Feel free to check our calendars below or contact us for more information.

Booking information

• We usually have a minimum of three night stays and flexible check in / check out days.
• We give our cleaners Sundays off so unfortunately don’t allow check in or check out on a Sunday.
• Check in time is from 4pm, check out by 10am.
• Please feel free to contact us if you have different requirements to the above.
• Sorry, we don’t allow pets.
• We love having families to stay and have child friendly facilities

 Deposit / payment information

• We take a payment of 35% of the total cost on booking with the remainder due 60 days prior to check in.
• Full payment is due if the booking is made within 60 days of the start of the holiday.
• We have a £35 cleaning charge as a contribution to the cost of cleaning and laundry.
• We’re currently running a trial of not taking a damages deposit.  Please note we do reserve the right to charge for property damage.
